Proportion for pasteurised liquid eggs

If you choose to use pasteurised, liquid eggs in your cooking and baking, we recommend that you check the proportion between your selected egg product and the fresh egg. 

The proportion for pasteurised egg whites, egg yolks and whole eggs is indicated in the chart below.
